A professional installation typically takes 3 to 4 days. This timeframe allows for proper concrete grinding, patch work, and the necessary curing time between the moisture barrier, epoxy, and top coat layers. Please note that extreme humidity or inclement weather may occasionally prolong the process to ensure the chemical bonds set correctly.

Curing times are temperature-dependent, but generally:

• 24 Hours: Safe for light foot traffic.

• 48 Hours: Safe to move heavy items and belongings back onto the floor.

• 7 Days: Safe for vehicle traffic. We recommend waiting the full week to ensure the tires don't cause "hot tire pickup" before the resins have reached full hardness.

DIY kits often skip the grinding process and moisture barriers, leading to "hot tire pick-up" where the epoxy peels off under your car's tires within a year. Similarly, "One-Day" companies often use fast-curing products that don't have enough time to penetrate deep into the concrete. We use a 3-layer minimum system with American-made resins to ensure a bond that lasts a lifetime.

Pricing is based on project size, type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. After our contract is signed a 50% deposit is required to schedule the date and purchase materials. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

In most cases, yes. During our initial phase, we repair cracks and prep the surface through a shot blasting and/or grinding process. However, every floor is unique. We encourage you to attach photos of your concrete to our contact form so we can provide a preliminary assessment of the repair work needed.

Our Concrete Overlay and Textured Deck process can be applied in a day, depending on project size. You can walk on the area next day, move items back in 48 hours, and drive after 7 days.
